I'm not sure why I didn't post this image last summer. Perhaps it didn't appeal to me at the time, or perhaps it simply fell through the cracks. Either way, it's here.
The girl in the photo, of course, is Katrina. Tomorrow, Genevieve and I are going to Green Lane to see Colette and Katrina's annual dance recital. Because she is going to college this fall, this will be Colette's last year in the show. In recognition of this, she will be doing a solo performance during the recital. This will be my fourth year seeing them perform, and it's great to see them progress and mature from year to year. I still have my program from the 2006 recital, which Katrina was kind enough to go through and sign her autograph next to each number she performed in.
