Stone Harbor, NJ Photos

Although I've been spending time at the Jersey Shore my entire life, I've only been visiting and taking photographs of Stone Harbor, New Jersey for a few years now. I've been visiting one weekend each August, with my girlfriends family, since 2006. Growing up in Central Jersey, I spent most of my beach days in Point Pleasant, Seaside Heights, and Asbury Park - bustling shore towns with boardwalks, crowds and arcades. I will always have an affinity for these towns - and almost all NJ shore towns for that matter. However, Stone Harbor, the quaint and beautiful New Jersey city, has quickly become my favorite shore destination.

I spend my time in Stone Harbor searching the Bay for crabs, grabbing free samples outside of the Fudge Kitchen, waking up at 5am for beach sunrises, buying Green Tea from Wawa, lounging on the beach all day, picking up the evening's beer at Fred's Tavern, and, of course, taking photos. I've realized recently that my Stone Harbor photographs have become a big draw for people visiting my website. (Check out my Stone Harbor photo gallery from my photoblog!) This past summer, in addition to the photos I had been taking, I was also shooting short video clips everywhere we went. When vacation was over, my girlfriend edited them all together into the short video located below.

If you've visited the town before, then I hope the Stone Harbor photos found on my site bring back pleasant memories for you. If you have never been there, then I hope you take a few moments to check out my Stone Harbor photo gallery, and hopefully it will interest you enough that you'll stop in the next time you're exploring the bottom of the Garden State Parkway.

Take a look around my website to find additional Jersey Shore photographs, and other beautiful New Jersey photos. Additionally, if you are interested in my professional services, I am currently accepting all sorts of photography commisions, including unique wedding photos in the New Jersey area.
